BOOKING PROCESS:
In regard to booking, it's quite simple and flexible. If your travelling date is very closer (assume just 3/4 days left to arrive Chitwan), then only your basic personal details will help to secure your booking. But please note that it might be hard to get tours sometimes if booked at the last moment, especially in peak seasons.
In most cases, your booking would be secured in two steps. Firstly, the payment link would be sent to you that accepts 30% of the total amount as an advance for your booking. Thereafter, the booking form would be send to you that collects your trip information and personal details, which tightly gets stored in our booking system to secure your place. The booking form is available in our website.
PRICE:
The price couldn't be mentioned in the website due to its direct dependency on number of travelers and types of tours.
BASIC RULES & REGULATIONS:
1. The park permit is not transferable and refundable.
2. The permit is only for one person per day.
3. The guides must be accompanied to carry out any activities inside the park.
4. All the trash or rubbish must be taken outside of the park.
5. Collecting of any products located inside the park is strictly prohibited.
6. The visitors are restricted to walk before the sunrise and after the sunset within the park area.
7.Feeding and harassing wildlife is prohibited.
8.Visitors must respect thew religious and cultural sites inside the park.
9.Entering the park is at your own risk.
10. Nepal Dynamic Eco Tours isn't responsible for any incident, loss of property or personal injury during any kinds of tour.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you have booked the trip on the spot or very closer to your travelling date, then it would be clarified to you in email upon request.
In regard to cancellation policy for bookings made at least 2 weeks in advance, if you cancel the tour at least 14 days ahead of your arrival date, you would get full refund of the advance payment you paid during booking confirmation. If you happen to cancel the tour later than this, 60% of the advance paid amount would be charged and only 40% would be refunded. So, cancellation policy has pretty much to deal with only the advance amount you will pay for securing the booking.
